Earlier this year we learned that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was being added to the cast of The Dark Knight Rises, which is due out next summer.  They have been very secretive about his role, so could he be playing the boy wonder?

This weekend I am set to relive my childhood as Disney re-releases their famed The Lion King to theaters in 3D.

Filming of The Avengers has begun and they have taken over New York City.  This movie which will see Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downy Jr, Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson reprising their previous roles and adding Mark Rufalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk.  This is set to hit theaters next summer 2012 and just this little bit of behind the scenes footage has me pumped!

So here I am tooling around on the internet when I see something about a new Three Musketeers movie.  This is one that should of been on my radar, but was very far off of it.  From watching the trailer it looks pretty badass.

As a geek, the original Star Wars trilogy is something of a sacred thing.  Those 3 movies started an obsession for most that they will carry to their grave.  However, creator George Lucas can't stop screwing around with them. The latest "update" is a very famous scene and a climactic moment in the final film, and he had to go and add in a stupid line.

It wasn't too long ago that we got a first look at Henry Cavill as Superman for the upcoming Man of Steel movie.  Now some new on the set photos of Cavill as both Superman and Clark Kent have leaked all over the internet.

It's hard to believe that today, Robert De Niro turns 68 years old. He has been entertaining us on the screen for a long time now and most of his movies are considered classics. He has always been one of my favorite actors, and the films he has directed have been great as well. So...

It has been a while since Mike Meyers put on the thick glasses, leisure suit and gotten his "shag" on, but it looks like he is getting set to reprise his role as British super spy Austin Powers for a fourth time.

As if Discovery Channels Shark Week didn't do enough to keep people out of the water, the latest teen horror flick, Shark Night 3D, may do the trick.

Apparently there is a society of "Real Life Superheroes" growing here in the USA.  I stumbled upon this trailer for a new HBO documentary that show cases people who go out in costume to fight crime.

Cowboys & Aliens was suppose to be the next big summer box office winner, but they get some unexpected competition from some little blue guys that hit the big screen this past weekend too.

Once again a movie inspired by a comic book hits theaters this weekend.  I think people are pretty mixed as to whether or not they will go see this one, but I think it's going to be pretty damn awesome.
