70 Wall Street protesters  were arrested early this morning by NYC police when they wouldn't leave Zuccotti Park so it could be cleaned.

The City of Albany as laid out some new rules for the Occupy Albany protest group.  It includes limiting the number of tents they can have on site as well as the number of porta-potties.  As they say, if you don't like, go home.

Late last night into early this morning Police in Oakland, CA arrested up to 40 protesters that were part of the 'Occupy' movement after they took over a vacant building, started fires and threw M80's at police.

Why did he do this? In protest of the fountain day cancellation. Oh and one more thing, he's 41 years old.
