Alice in Chains drummer and original band member Sean Kinney opened up to me about his music and favorite swim attire.

The questions have been asked again and again "Who's playing Q-Ruption this year?" That question has now been answered. Q-Ruption is the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival featuring a flash from the past with 2 head liners from the 90's that you know and love along with some names new to the scene that will soon become your favorites.

I had the great pleasure of talking on the phone with Brent Smith of Shinedown on November 20th as the band takes a much deserved break for the holidays. We talk about the up coming tour in 2013 with Three Days Grace & POD, spending the holiday with family, the new video for "I Will Follow", along with looking back at the 10 years since their debut album.

We had a very successful turn out and an extremely fulfilling time at this past weekend's second annual Q-Ruption Festival at SPAC. All of the musical acts put on great performances and all who attended seemed to have a blast. The Q103 Q-Tease were on hand to get photos with fans. Check them out below and find yours!

If you missed out on Q-Ruption 2012 last night, you didn't see headliner Shinedown perform Simple Man in front of a packed  house at SPAC.  Not only did the boys put on a hell of performance - but they did it FROM THE CROWD!

Q-Ruption 2012 was INSANE!  It's hard to pick one moment from a 12  hour rock show and say - that was the moment that made my night.  However, there was a spot in the show where I had to stop, turn to the guys and yell HOLY POOP (I did not say poop) THAT ROCKED!  Check out my holy poop moment with the Godsmack dueling drum set!

Shinedown, the headliners of Q-Ruption 2012, have wrapped up their performance at Saratoga Performing Arts Center. After 10 million album sales in their career, Shinedown proved why they have earned such a distinction with a high energy performance. We have photographic evidence of said performance below.

On the main stage at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Godsmack has performed as a part of Q-Ruption 2012. This is the band's second straight year as a Q-Ruption performer, as they headlined the concert last year. This year, they put on another great show.

Q-Ruption performers Staind stopped by to talk to Mike Adams about touring,smoking and the success of their new album, as they prepare to rock the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

Staind just wrapped up their act on the main stage of Q-Ruption 2012. After five number one hits and 15 million albums sold in their 17 year career, they've proven tonight that they've still got it!
