July 6, 2012 This Fourth of July, Albany's Empire State Plaza was packed to the brim with local residents who came out to celebrate our country's birthday and independence. Two big features of the night were a killer performance by Tommy James and The Shondells and of course the fireworks! Check out photos of both after the jump!

Today is the 4th of July, the day we celebrate our Independence with fireworks, bar-b-ques, and family. Before you begin to celebrate the 4th either at the Empire State Plaza or a friends house, take our trivia test about the 4th of July, then impress your friends with some great knowledge.
