Craigslist – Not A Place To Sell Drugs

Flickr: Karin Beil

This story makes me proud to be from Ohio.

A Cleveland, OH man was arrested for posting an ad on Craigslist selling drugs.

Alex Sifford posted the ad on the popular site attempting to sell his pot and crack cocaine. A local detective saw the ad and responded by asking to set up a deal. Police did not say what exactly the ad said or if it has been taken down.

Sifford showed up with crack wrapped in dollar bills and plastic as well as a bag of weed. Upon being arrested, police also found Sifford’s digital scale with, what the report called, ‘suspicious residue’ and 3 cell phones.

Since his arrest, Sifford has been charged with one count of felony drug trafficking.
