An arrest has been made in the Watervliet bombs threats called in to police on Sunday night and Monday morning.

Watervliet's Police Department arrested 17-year-old Jacob Lindsay in connection to the bomb threats thanks to connection in a similar case in Michigan.

Lindsay and his accomplice from Farmington, Michigan conspired the threats called in earlier this week and a 'swatting' incident back in April at a Watervliet residence.

Upon questioning from police, Lindsay confessed to all three incidents and one in Michigan as well. He has since been charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Second Degree. Other charges could be added on as the investigation continues.
