Albany JCC Receives Second Bomb Threat in Two Weeks

Do people really have nothing better to do than scare the bejesus out of an entire community just for kicks?

The Times Union is reporting that the Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center received it's second bomb threat in two weeks this morning. Much like the first threat the entire community center was evacuated searched and investigated and was found to be a hoax.

On both this mornings incident and the one on January 8th officers say a woman called in to make the threat. Today's incident does differ from the first in the fact that as of right now Albany's JCC seems to be the only center receiving a threat. The first time around there were reports of threats at "JCCs in Miami; Newton, Mass.; Scotch Plains, N.J.; and two Connecticut locations."

I just don't understand how people can be so callous? All the hate and chaos going on around the country right now it really just makes me sad. On the upside I'm thankful for APD's fast response and that everyone is okay.
