Watch North Koreans Rock Out A-Ha’s ‘Take On Me’ On Accordion [VIDEO]

Who says that North Koreans lead a sheltered life?  Recently this video surfaced of some young North Koreans performing the iconic 80's tune 'Take On Me' the only way North Koreans know how- on the accordion.

If this is a rock concert in North Korea, then count me in!  These kids really know how to get a crowd going with their hard licks on the accordion.

I guess their cover version of 'Take On Me' is part of some school project, but we are really glad that they decided to film it so that the world can see that North Korea is really up on the newest music.  Obviously they are heavily influenced by Weird Al Yankovic.  Can you say fan club?
