It has been so hot with temperatures reaching 3 digit degrees.  To keep cool would you wear a  Mankini?  You know the sling bikini worn by Sacha Baron Cohen in the movie Borat.  Jacob Southard in  St Louis will and he wears it while riding a motorcycle on his commutes around town! He says he is just trying to keep cool.
