Los Angeles quartet Jane's Addiction have just released the video for the third single off of their newest album, The Great Escape Artist, which came out last October. "Underground" can be viewed after the jump!

Jane's Addiction is back and they are coming to the Palace Theatre in Albany. Dave Navarro, Perry Farrell, Stephen Perkins, and Chris Cheney will rock the Palace on Friday March 2nd. Tickets go on sale Saturday.

With Jane’s Addiction changing the release date for ‘The Great Escape Artist’ more than once, it’s understandable if some of the band’s fans had serious doubts that the album would ever see the light of day. But two of its songs, ‘End to the Ties’ and ‘Irresistible Force,’ have been circulating for weeks, and the latest evidence that the album really does exist is the recently released cover art.

First it was Sept. 27, then it was Oct. 4. Now the latest release date for the new Jane’s Addiction album, ‘The Great Escape Artist,’ is Oct. 18.

This is the latest music video from Janes Addiction.  It's the song "Irresistible Force" off their upcoming album The Great Escape Artist.  To me it sounds like the classic tunes we are use to from this band.  Plus the video itself is pretty cool.  It reminds me of the days when I would rush home to check out music videos on MTV.

It's been a long eight years between albums, but Jane's Addiction fans can look forward to some new music just around the corner.   The band's new album, titled 'The Great Escape Artist,' is scheduled for a September 27 release on Capitol Records. It marks only the fourth Jane's studio set since 1988, and their first since 2003's reunion record 'Strays.'
