It's that time of the year, the fine people you work with or around are getting sick. Plus, they are eager to share their germs with you on a regular basis. Which begs the question: Why do most people continue to go to work even if completely ill?

With temps only reaching into the teens for the rest of the week, it's essential that one bundles up, right? Hat, gloves and multiple layers will assure warmth as a blast of 'winter' hits the Albany area. BTW, while we're used to 'cold' temps, how long has it been since we've seen the frigid temps we're about to see? It's been awhile right? Imagine being stuck outside in it? Burrrrr.....

Yes I’m talking about the white fluffy stuff from the sky not the one hit wonder fake Jamaican dude with glasses. What’s so great about this cold stuff that make people drive slow an angry?

Jacksonville, Florida group Cold's "American dream" has been coming true since its initiation in 1996, and despite a three-year hiatus, the band have still manged to sell millions of albums, two of which were certified gold. Superfiction, the latest studio album, released last July. The video for "American Dream," the second single off of the record, can be seen after the jump.

Yet another tour is underway, and this time around it's Danish quartet Volbeat and Florida quintet Cold. The summer tour kicks off July 24 in Toronto, Ontario and ends September 4 in Anaheim, California. Will the tour be stopping by the Capital District at all?

Yesterday my girlfriend made a good point.  It seems like we jumped right over spring into summer.

This past Friday, the boys from COLD were in the studio for an on-air interview before their show at Northern Lights with bands The Lost Sons, Oceans Divide, Kopek and Egypt Central. The night was filled with laughs, pictures, awesome music and fans rocking out to their favorite bands.
