To say Aaron Lewis of Staind is a busy guy is saying it lightly.  He's a solo artist,  hunter, reality show star, frontman for a rock band, founder of a charity and a dad to two girls.   Aaron Lewis stopped by the Q103 studios to talk about the new Staind, play an acoustic song off the new Staind album and talk about his event this weekend.

Front man Aaron Lewis and 'Staind' are back at it with a new song and new album coming out late 2011.  Staind also announced that they have parted ways with drummer Jon Wrysocki after 17 years of playing together.
