The clowns are everywhere! Find out what you should do should you come across one in the Capital Region in this weeks Free Advice Friday.

Their have been clowns sightings all across the country in the last few weeks. Some have been described as "Creepy Clowns" and I'm sure there have been plenty of just regular clowns. One thing is apparent however, all of these clown sightings for some reason seem to be creating some sort of mass hysteria among the good folks in the U.S. of A.

It is even to the point that birthday clowns are missing out on work because of the whole phenomenon. Here at the Q we know that clowns have feelings too.
