Black Label Society’s Zakk Wylde teamed up with Ozzy Osbourne’s bassist Blasko and The Cult drummer John Tempesta for a special show at the Roxy Theater in West Hollywood, Calif., over the weekend. The band dubbed ‘Zakk Sabbath’ played an entire set of Black Sabbath songs. Watch the fan filmed video above of the band shredding ‘Into the Void.’

After years of playing guitar for Ozzy, it’s not a stretch to see Zakk playing songs from Black Sabbath’s catalog, but fans at the Roxy on Saturday night (Dec. 20) were treated to an entire set of Zakk Sabbath, who opened for all-star cover band Royal Machines at the legendary West Hollywood venue.

Royal Machines are an all-star band comprised of Dave Navarro, The Cult’s Billy Morrison, Janes Addiction’s Chris Chaney and Donovan Leitch. As we previously reported, Ozzy Osbourne joined the Royal Machines onstage for rousing renditions of ‘War Pigs’ and ‘Crazy Train.’ Watch video of Ozzy performing with Royal Machines here.
