Brace for impact Capital Region because another heavy hitting winter system is right on top of us.  We could see over 15" of the white stuff by the end of it.

Get ready for two days of snowy fun.  We are about to be bitch slapped by mother nature once again, and this one is going to be a mess.  The Winter Storm Warning that has been issued is in effect until 6am Thursday. Expect to see heavy snow and over a foot is expected here in the Capital region.

This is not going to be fun to deal with.  Messy morning and afternoon commutes are expected and there will be massive closings and delays, so get ready to have the kids home for the next couple of days.  The snow started right on schedule so I don't think I am betting against the weather man this time.  By the end of the day today we will see between 4 and 8 inches, another 1 to 3 inches tonight and heavy snow throughout the day on Wednesday.  Remember when they said we could expect a pretty mild winter, yeah so do I. That ship has left and we have a taken a beating so far.  Will there be more on the way?  It's not out of the question, after all it's only February 1.
