Q103 Welcomes Poison with Tesla to Times Union Center on Tuesday, May 9 at 7:30pm. Listen afternoons this week to score free tickets.

Poison had great success in the mid 1980’s through the 1990’s  selling over 50 million records worldwide with 15 million alone sold in the Unites States. The band released their breakthrough, multi-platinum debut album Look What the Cat Dragged in 1986 and hit their peak with the album Open Up and Say… Ahh! in 1988. The album was the band’s most successful release with four hit singles: ‘Nothin’ but a Good Tim’, ‘You’re Mama Don’t Dance’, ‘Fallen Angel’, and ‘Every Rose Has It’s Thorn’. It Peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S. and sold 5 million copies. As a huge 80's hair metal fan, I am super stoked for this upcoming show!

Tickets for Poison with special guests Tesla on May 9 are available through the Times Union Center box office, all ticketmaster outlets, and charge by phone at 800-745-3000.
