Stone Temple Pilots are back, with new vocalist Jeff Gutt leading the way. Gutt made his debut with the band Nov. 14 at the Troubadour in Los Angeles in an event put on by SiriusXM. With the broadcast now aired, SiriusXM have also offered some live video footage from the show letting fans outside of L.A. get a look at how Gutt fits in with the group.

In the video above, you see Gutt and the band debuting their brand new song "Meadow." As you can see, Gutt eases into the groove of the song, which is infinitely catchy thanks to a smiling Dean DeLeo's guitar lick. Gutt gets a chance to show off his pipes both full blast and in a more reserved nature.

The second song is a performance of "Still Remains," the hypnotically melodic track from the band's 1994 Purple album. Gutt makes the most of the performance, sounding very similar to Scott Weiland, but putting his own stamp on the song as well. You can watch that clip below.

Stone Temple Pilots have reportedly recorded new music already with Gutt and the band is eyeing an early 2018 release. Look for their touring to start filling out soon as well. They were recently added to the Welcome to Rockville lineup, with more dates expected to be announced.
