Nickelback is probably one of the most loved and hated rock bands on the planet.  There really is no in between when it comes to them, it's just that kind of relationship.  They are booked for the halftime show in Detroit on Thanksgiving this year and Lion fans are very angry about it.

You're out on a hot date, the night is going really well and you know tonight is the night.  So when you end up back at your apartment, whatever you do- DON'T PUT ON ANY NICKELBACK!!!  A recent survey found that Nickelback was voted the band least likely to help get you laid.

Nickelback has a new album due out in November and on that will be the singles 'Bottoms Up' and 'When We Stand Together'.  The band is getting ready to release a brand new video for 'When We Stand Together' and here is a 30 second preview of it.   According to the Nickelback facebook page, this will have to do until the video is officially released.

After a three-year hiatus, Nickelback has emerged from the studio with the follow-up to 2008′s triple-platinum ‘Dark Horse.’ The new album, which the band produced itself, is titled ‘Here and Now,’ and is scheduled for a November 21 release.
