The road can be a scary place, as the members of SOiL found out Sunday night as they were traveling to their next gig. As vocalist Ryan McCombs reports, several of the band members awoke to the sound of their driver yelling "Hold on" as their bus veered off the highway.

The band had just finished playing for a packed house at the Route 20 Outhouse in Wisconsin and were en route to Des Moines, Iowa, for a show Monday evening when their vehicle strayed from the road. McCombs is happy to report that there were no serious injuries, though they did have quite a scare. Check out his post on the matter below:

SOiL finished out their current tour leg in Des Moines and as those who follow McCombs Instagram account can see, the rocker is in a celebratory mood after coming out of the bus adventure unscathed. He loaded up on White Castle burgers to mark the occasion.

With the North American run complete, SOiL are getting ready to head overseas for tour dates in the U.K. and Europe in support of the Whole album. See where they're playing here.
