Shark Eaten By Mother Shark – Craziest Photo of 2012?

Now that we are removed from 2012, seems like everyone likes to look back on what was and find their favorites about literally everything. I came across this picture today while scouring the web for things to talk about on air and I have to say, it's one of my favorites from last year.

According to the original post on Reddit, the image was taken off the shores of New Zealand on/around December 28th.

The picture shows a fishing boat reeling in a Great White Shark. While the catch is being brought up it becomes apparent that a larger Great White Shark is eating the smaller one.

Insane is one way to describe what is seen below. No word if the larger shark gave up or took his/her chunk of the meal.
