Rotterdam Man Charged With Rape For Relations With 13-Year-Old
42-year-old Gary Bottomley of Rotterdam is in police custody and charged with rape for his relations with a 13-year-old girl.

Bottomley is currently facing felony charges of 2nd Degree Rape (two counts) and 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Act (one count). He is in Schenectady County Jail at this time in lieu of $30,000 bail.
State police are asking for the public's assistance in their investigation. Anyone with possible information are asked to call 630-1712.
