Contest Rules

1. The Rock on the Range Contest, to win a Flyaway Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range, featuring Metallica, Soundgarden, Korn, The Offspring and more, courtesy of Eleven Seven Music, is for entertainment purposes only. No purchase necessary.
2. How to win: Q103 wants to send you and a guest to the sold out Rock on the Range Festival to see Metallica, Korn, Soundgarden and more. Just listen to Q103 (103.5 or 103.9 or Q103Albany.com) Monday through Friday, April 24, 2017- April 28, 2017 at 10 am, 2 pm, and 5 pm. When we announce the winning keywords, just go to our website: Q103Albany.com, enter the code, and you could win.
3. Trip includes roundtrip flight for 2, 4 nights hotel stay on May 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21stfor 2, and 2 festival tickets valid for all 3 days. Estimated trip cost is $2,000. Actual trip cost may vary. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Prize is courtesy of Eleven Seven Music.
4. By participating in the Rock on the Range Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Townsquare Media of Albany, which are final on all matters relating to the to Rock on the Range Contest.
5. The Rock on the Range Contest is open to all U.S. citizens 18 years or older, except where prohibited by law.
6. The technology required to make WQBK available via the Internet may result in online broadcast delays. WQBK cannot be responsible for any difficulties that may result.
7. Employees and their immediate family members (defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee) of and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to win a Flyaway to Columbus Ohio for Rock on the Range.
8. Townsquare Media of Albany reserves the right to substitute the Flyaway to Columbus Ohio for Rock on the Range for one of equal or greater value in the event that the Flyaway to Columbus Ohio for Rock on the Range is not available. All applicable taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No transfer or substitution of the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range will be allowed except by Townsquare Media of Albany in its sole discretion.
9. By entering the Rock on the Range Contest, contestants consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, hometown and biographical information without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law, in any future publicity carried out by Townsquare Media of Albany in connection with the Rock on the Range Contest.
10. Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range will be awarded only to confirmed winners. By accepting the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range, the contest winner releases Townsquare Media of Albany, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages or personal injury arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any aspect of the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range.
11. Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range prize winner will be required to submit valid identification to verify age and residency and execute and affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be signed when the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range is awarded.
12. Townsquare Media of Albany is not responsible for typographical, incorrect or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment or technical malfunction or for any other human or technical errors or malfunctions, including but not limited to errors in the administration of this contest, advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range.
13. Participants in the Rock on the Range Contest cannot have received a prize value in excess of $50 for 30 days prior to the awarding of the prize. Those found to be in violation of this rule may be disqualified.
14. If you are dissatisfied with these Official Rules, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue participating in Townsquare Media of Albany contests.
15. Townsquare Media of Albany reserves the right to change these Official Rules for any reason, in its sole discretion, or halt the contest at any time during the contest period for any reason.
16. Winners have 10 business days to claim the Flyaway to Columbus, Ohio for Rock on the Range or it will be forfeited.
