The festivities kicked off at 10am and ran right up to the start of the parade. With Dalton giving away prizes all day to a packed house of people who were at the very least, Irish for the day. Nothing kicks off Saint Patty's day better then green beer, Irish music, Q103 and of course, the Q-Tease.
