Pearl Jam Announces Fall Festival Date
There have been rumors of a Pearl Jam festival this summer at a centralized location in the United States to help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band. Pearl Jam has made it official, they will host and headline a festival on Labor Day weekend. The show also coincides with the release of their documentary.
Pearl Jam announced they will be headlining and hosting a Labor Day weekend festival at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy Wisconsin to celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band. Tickets go on sale Monday on the band's website.
I guess you could say that is centrally located to Albany as its 921 miles away.
The band will also celebrate the anniversary with a Cameron Crowe directed documentary "Pearl Jam Twenty" along with a book and soundtrack.
Also playing on the festival will be The Strokes, Queens of the Stone Age and Mudhoney.
