Man Time Travels And Receives Second DUI On Same Exact Night At Same Exact Time

Time travel, day light savings, what’s the difference?  This story would have been better if the dude was driving a Delorean.

According to DM a man made the same stupid mistake twice and thanks to day light savings time it happened at the same exact time. Niles Gammons was arrested at 1:08am for DUI and was released with a summons to appear in court the next week. About an hour later Gammons was stopped and arrested again at 1:08 am by the same police officer, Sergeant Dave Reese. When asked to take a breathalyzer test police said Gammons blew 1.21 gigawatts!
