I've heard of being lazy and never wanting to do work but this takes it to a whole new level.

A man who make six figures a year has been found to pay a fifth of it to a contracted worker in Shenyang to do his job for him

The whole scam came to light when Verizon asked their Risk Team to investigate a possible security breach to the company's database. Because of this, an active VPN connection was found from Shenyang to the employee-in-question's computer.

Hundreds of invoices for payment were found along with the details on how the scam went down. The employee sent, via FedEx, his own RSA token to the contractor in Shenyang so the man could log in daily to complete the work.

According to the report from the Risk Team, the employee paid roughly $50k a year to the contractor while he kept his several hundred thousand dollar a year job."

The worker referred to only as "Bob" in the report had become the best programmer in the company. As you can guess, he no longer works for the company and now has all the time in the world to not do work.
