Man Insults Reporter With Fat Jokes [VIDEO]

A reporter in the San Francisco, CA area was out with the police for a local news segment called 'People Behaving Badly' and that's exactly what they found.  After getting a $500 ticket for some sort of traffic violation he takes his anger out on the reporter by unleashing insult after insult.  I can't figure out f he is more upset about the ticket, or the fact that he is going to be on the local news.  Not only does this guy insult his body, he insults his career and pretty much his life in general.
