Local Albany Beer Store Makes List Of Best Specialty Beer Stores In Upstate New York

It's almost time for backyard BBQ's! If you are starting to plan your spring get togethers you know your going to need food, friends, and some tasty beverages.

NewYorkUpstate.com put together a list of the 9 best specialty beer shops in Upstate New York to stock up on all those tasty beer beverages you may be looking to serve or bring to your next party. It just so happens that one local beer spot in Albany made its way on the list!

I guess technically it's two beer stores. Oliver's Beverage and Westmere Beverage both make the list but they do so as one entity because they happen to be owned by the same people and have collectively come to be known as the "Brew Crew".

While both stores are said to have amazing selections they each posses their own individuality. The list says: Oliver's has a warehouse layout with floor to ceiling shelves of six packs and bottles. While Westmere is a bit more spread out and is organized by country or state of origin. Both locations offer beers on tap for growler fills as well!

I don't know about you but I'm feeling a bit thirsty and ready to go check out their selection. Sounds like I could get lost in there for quite sometime. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, send in reinforcements.
