A Minnesota Lawyer has had his license indefinitely suspended by the state Supreme Court for having sex with divorce client then billing her for the time they spent together - Screw her once, then screw her again?

Thomas P. Lowe, 58, had the ruling laid upon him last week after a hearing. He will have to wait 15 months before he can try to get it reinstated.

Thomas knew the client for some time before becoming her attorney in August 2011 and oversaw the proceedings of her divorce.

Soon after this, the two became romantically involved for several months - keep in mind that Thomas was married at his point. To try to cover his tracks, Thomas would bill the woman for their sexy time and listed as "meeting time" or "drafting memos".

When Thomas tried to end the relationship, the woman tried to kill herself and revealed the details of their "meetings" while hospitalized.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed court papers against Thomas. He later admitted to the affair.

So who is the divorce attorney for a divorce attorney?
