Korn fans can expect that 10th studio album from the band to drop this December, but it will be totally different than anything that the band has ever released before.

The Path of Totality is going to be an experimental album by the band that may not be what "old school" Korn fans are use to.  The band worked with some of the leading electronic artists on this record, to create a different type of Korn sound.  So what does the title of the album mean?  Lead man Jonathan Davin explains:

The title 'The Path Of Totality' refers to the fact that in order to see the sun in a full solar eclipse, you must be in the exact right place in the exact right time. That's how this album came together. I think all the producers feel the same way. I'm not sure it could ever happen again.

The first cut from the album has been circling the internet for a little while now and has been met with mixed reviews.  "Get Up" is Korn paired up with dubstep superstar producer Skillrex.  The album itself will be released on December 6th in both standard issue and a special edition that will include a bonsus songs and DVD.  Check out Blabbermouth.net for more information.
