Kerry Kennedy Arrested After Slamming Into a Tractor Trailer

The ex-wife of New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo is in some trouble after she hit a tractor trailer with her car.

It's remarkable how things can get out of hand so quickly. Police say they found Kerry Kennedy pulled over on the side of the road just north of New York City on Friday night. While there were no drugs or alcohol found in her system, she said she had been taking Ambien.

That's not a crime, but slamming into a tractor trailer and leaving the scene of an accident it. That's what has gotten her into trouble. She's been charged with driving while impaired, and has no history of any kind of substance abuse.
