You might not be able to get drunk in Dubai but boy they sure know how to blow stuff up. I guess this happened on New Years eve in the land of "giant buildings and islands that look like things". Dubai is like Disney World in city form. Every thing is fancy and futuristic and according to this video so is their fireworks display.
