It's that time of the year when things are a bit more scary then usual, but where are the scariest places in the capital region?

I have been to Forest Park Cemetery in Troy, I have waited to hear the native American princess in Cohoes, I have been to the abandoned asylum, Professor Java's after hours, and some house in Mechanicville, Stillwater, Saratoga, Schenectady and Latham.

I've been to every cemetery in the area at some point.

I can assure you all that Albany Rural Cemetery is not haunted, however it is the final resting place of the 21st President of the United States of America, Chester A. Arthur.

Albany Rural is one of the largest cemeteries in the country it is one of the most beautifully kept cemeteries in the area, so don't go poking around there trying to find ghosts.

Go to Troy for that.

Although I have been to a lot of haunted places in the area, there are a few that I have yet to visit. I have never been to the capital building, never been to cherry hill, and there are probably some that I have not even herd about yet.

I am called upon from time to time to investigate hauntings, and I am a formal member of the C- Ghost Hunters.

I would like to visit a new haunted place this year, but I want to hear about your stories, about local hauntings first.
