We live in a day and age where a lot of people have their cell phones on them constantly and at the ready. While frustrating sometimes to see that, it has given us some shocking images of current events.

The most recent were the shootings Wednesday at the Canada's Parliament Hill and the War Memorial in Ottawa.

The day of chaos left a soldier and the gunman dead, CBC reported.
