    18 Pack of Beer

    Why get 12 when for just a few more dollars you can get an $18 pack? I suppose you could really splurge and get a 24, but that wouldn't fall into our $13 budget, unless you get some very cheap beer. Most places offer 18 packs for about $13, so it's pretty easy to find.

    Catch up on the first part of the conclusion of the Harry Potter franchise for just $13 on Amazon. I remember when movies were $20, but thanks to the internet we can get them much cheaper. You could probably even get a few movies for $13 instead of just one.

    Feast for a King off the McDonald's Dollar Menu

    With each item only being a dollar, you could pretty good for $13. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries,drinks,salads, pretty much anything and any combination. It may not be the healthiest option, but for $13 you could probably eat for a few days when it comes to dollar menu. That's what got me through college, that and Ramen noodles.
