You've heard about it happening elsewhere, but it's come to the Capitol District. Someone is hiding twenty dollar bills around town and giving clues. Actually, we seem to know who the someone is.

Ballston Spa entrepreneur Leo Quinn is the man behind the money, saying he hopes the money is spent at a small business. Leo has stashed 34 $20 bills and only one has not been found so far.
