I had the pleasure of talking to Egypt Central on May 22nd at Rock on the Range. They were incredibly nice. The band performed at Rock on the Range for the first time this year, and loved the experience and the feedback they received from their fans. This summer, they'll be touring a lot, especially at festivals.  Maybe they'll even be making a stop around Albany!

The band is taking it slow after the release of their album. They aren't touring internationally until the next summer most likely. In my opinion, that's a very smart decision because they'll be sending other countries a fresh, new sound before they head out that way. The U.S. festivals will also be a great way for the band to gain a larger fan base.

They've been working incredibly hard to get their name out there. They did interviews both Saturday and Sunday at Rock on the Range. I'm pretty sure they are one of the only bands to participate in both days of the festival. They've definitely gained a lot more respect from me, and I look forward to seeing what else Egypt Central has up their sleeve these next couple months. I wish them the best of luck on their tour and future endeavors.

If you haven't heard their new single "White Rabbit" off of their s0on-to-be  released album, White Rabbit, I suggest you check it out below. The album comes out May 31st, and I will be one of the first people to purchase the CD, for sure.
