Drunk Woman Picks Fight, Punches Baby

Ever been so drunk you tried to pick a fight with someone? Jessica Diaz did just that, except she picked a fight with a woman holding a baby. Words were exchanged and then things get a bit crazy.

Diaz felt it necessary to punch the woman she was arguing with, but missed - horribly.

In the mist of the altercation Diaz's punch missed and hit the woman's baby.

Cops arrived and Diaz was definitely drunk, along with being uncooperative with them. She was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, threatening, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police.

Diaz's night of destruction didn't end there. While in police custody she destroyed two blankets in her cell. This also added additional charges of criminal mischief.

No word on the condition of the baby or Diaz's hand.
