Iconic glam rocker David Robert Jones, a.k.a. David Bowie, released a brand-new seven-minute jazz ballad titled 'Sue (Or in a Season of Crime) via BBC Radio 6 yesterday (Oct. 12), just as he promised. The track, which will appear on the upcoming 'Nothing Has Changed' compilation, debuted on 'Guy Garvey's Finest Hour' -- you can listen to the full song above.

The new song, which was produced by Tony Visconti and backed by the Maria Schneider Orchestra, will be released on Record Store Day's Black Friday (Nov. 28) on 10-inch vinyl, b/w another new Bowie track, 'Tis A Pity She's A Whore.'

The three-CD, twi-CD and vinyl releases of the compilation are due out Nov. 17. The greatest of all Bowie greatest hits will include the 'Toy' B-side, 'Let Me Sleep Beside You,' and a re-recording of 1971's 'Shadow Man,' among several other tracks.
