Sometimes, using a flash drive and external hard drive can be a pain. I hate backing up files, but it's incredibly important since my artwork is digital. I've seen so many people get screwed over because their computer died on them the night before a paper was due. I've been using this free program for awhile now. It's called DropBox. It's simple to use and you can access your files from any computer. All you have to do is drag and drop the files into your DropBox folder on your main computer, or upload them through the website. I believe it's 2 gigs of free space, which saves you a small chunk of change when it comes to buying a flash drive. You can have more space if you pay, but I don't see the sense in paying when you would eventually save money buying an external hard drive.

If you have never backed up files, I suggest you start now.
