Albany’s Newest “Bourbon and Beef” Spot Is Now Open

Good bourbon and good food...what's not to love?

The Bishop has opened in Albany in the spot once occupied by The Merry Monk on Pearl Street. According to an article in the Albany Business Review The Bishop has a large selection of bourbons, rye and other spirits as well as a farm to table menu that is chalked full of rich meat laden dishes. For example, Chimi & Chili Steak, The Highland Hollow Grilled Burger and Chicken Fried Steak Fingers...just to name a few.
