I can’t believe Kansas is still kicking around. To me, there are some classic rock bands that are legends and I hope that they can stay around forever and still be able to pull of playing gigs once in a while. Kansas is not one of those bands for me. But I definitely think that Spaceland is worth checking out. I caught them once at Savanah’s. They sound quite a bit like Coldplay and U2, but are excellent at what they do nonetheless. So, if you can stand the heat, make sure you get there early to see Spaceland.
