Perhaps Squanto showed us how to use the land so that we can have 30 years of WWE's Survivor Series?

WWE Survivor Series has been a Thanksgiving tradition for 30 years, traditionally the Survivor Series featured 5-on-5 and 4-on-4 elimination style matches it eventually featured regular 1-on-1 matches.

Two of the most infamous matches in WWE history took place at Survivor Series: in 1991 The Undertaker defeated WWE World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan, it was the first time that the Undertaker would win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, it was also what many wrestling fans perceive to be the death of Hulkamania.

In the 1997 Survivor Series WWE owner called for the bell to end the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Champion Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, declaring Michaels the winner of the match and the new Champion although Bret Hart did not submit when locked in his own finishing move in what is known as: The Montreal Screwjob.

There have been many other memorable matches at the Survivor Series over the past 30 years and I hope that this years Survivor Series does not disappoint. This years Survivor Series is all about 'Brand Supremacy' as Superstars from WWE Raw and Smackdown go head-to-head.

Survivor Series 2016 Match Card

Cruiserweight Championship: Brian Kendrick vs. Kalisto

Although I am not a huge Brian Kendrick fan, I would like to see him retain the title because of the added stipulation: If Smackdown's Kalisto wins then the entire Cruiserweight Division will be moved from Raw to Smackdown. I just don't see how Smackdown will be able to squeeze Cruiserweight matches into their two hour show without taking time away from the rest of the roster.

Intercontinental Championship: The Miz vs. Sami Zayn

I am conflicted with this match, I can't stand the Champion The Miz but I love Sami Zayn, but I don't want to see the Intercontinental Championship go to Raw because they already have a Mid-Card title.

10-on-10 Raw vs. SmackDown tag team elimination match.

Tag Team wrestling has disappointed me in the past, but I feel that the WWE has a good Tag Team Division but the Smackdown side could be stronger but I think that they are going to prove themselves at Survivor Series but I also think that The Club: Gallows & Anderson have a nasty trick up their sleeves for their own team.

Women's Raw vs. SmackDown elimination match.

Raw all the way, who is going to beat Nia Jax? She is 5'10 and 240 Ibs, team Raw also has Charlotte who Forbes Magazine declared the "Greatest Woman Wrestler of All Time," don't get me wrong I love the Women's Division on Smackdown too, except for Niki Bella who I feel is the weakest link on the Smackdown team, because she is the only 'Reality Star' in a match featuring 9 Wrestlers.

Men's Raw vs. SmackDown elimination match.

Once again I am conflicted, because I like everyone in this match, even Roman Reigns but The Undertaker told the members of Team Smackdown that if they did not win, there will be consequences and if that means that someone from Team Smackdown is getting a Tombstone then GO TEAM RAW!

Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar.

I never liked Goldberg, I want Brock Lesnar to win.

In Conclusion: I am Pro Raw although it is not the popular thing to do in the Internet Wrestling Community because Raw is run by a Face and a Heel, for you non-wrestling fans that means a good guy and a bad guy, Smackdown is run by two Faces, so it goes without saying why Smackdown is the fan-favorite.
