Driving through a neighborhood the other day, I noticed a "for sale" sign in the yard of a house with a bit of an incentive on it. I was puzzled. Would this statement on the sign make you buy this house? I live in an apartment complex and there is a new group of houses being build just above us. The houses are beautiful and they seem to be going up quickly and, in turn, selling just as fast. The other day I noticed a couple of houses with "for sale" signs in their yards that had a statement or incentive on the top in red letters. It said, " FREE PIZZA WITH PURCHASE OF HOUSE".

I didn't really know what to gather from this. I estimated in my head that this newly built home would have to be in the $250,000 range. How could an eight cut cheese pizza be that much of an incentive to purchase this home?!

Would this sign interest you in buying this house?
