A woman is in stable condition at Albany Med after she fell from a cliff at the Plotter Kill Preserve

According to News10, it took paramedics nearly 3 hours to hike the injured woman out of the ravine after she fell from the falls.

The fire chief said the rescue was 'manpower intensive' because of how steep and narrow the hike down and out of the ravine was.

The Plotter Kill Preserve is 102-acres of natural forest habitat with tons of seasonal activities, including hiking, hunting, fishing, snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing.
