Another winter system has moved in and is once again loading up the Capital Region and it's surrounding areas with snow.  Be prepared for a messy morning commute and expect many closings and delays.

More snow for expected for us this morning.  A Winter weather advisory is currently in effect across the Capital Region until noon today.  The National Weather service says to expect 4-7 inches around Albany area and the Berkshires east could see up to 9 inches when all is said and done.  This snow, on top of the low temperatures, is going to create a very messy ride as we head into work today so make sure to keep it on Q103 for up to date traffic reports through out the morning.   Snow should be tapering off by late morning, so we should be just fine for the afternoon drive home.

Once this snow hits us, the weekend will be filled with frigid temperatures.  Sunday is going to be the worst of it with the temp dropping to 7 and 10-15 below at night.  As far as snow goes, we aren't out of the woods just yet either.  They are predicting another storm to hit us on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.  No estimate on accumulations from that system, but I did hear the word Nor' Easter being tossed around.
