Voorheesville Gathering Turns Into All-Out Brawl

Just when I thought we were going to make it through the holiday weekend with zero fight stories I find myself quickly realizing that that will never happen. Never! To Voorheesville we go we go! 

Over the weekend the Voorheesville Volunteer Fire Department held a little gathering.

A free libations community outing with hot dogs and live music? Check!

Thing is, those free libations and villagers, mixed together, gave multiple police departments a run for their money!

Police say over 30 were involved in an alcohol fueled brawl resulting in one woman being taken to the hospital. Booze and hot dogs always do that to me! I'm an angry hot dog eating drunk.

No charges were filed.

Side-note: I bet the Voorheesville diner is loaded with chatter this morning.
