Vermont Woman Mails Neighbors Box Of Cow Poo Because of Barking Dog

Maybe this women speaks dog and the dog was saying "hey you, neighbor lady. Please send us some stinky cow poo speedy delivery"? You know I don't know what happens in Vermont so i'm not totally ruling that option out yet.

Kimberly Capdevila of Vermont was given a ticket from police after they said she sent a box full of recycled cow food by priority mail to her neighbors. The stinky package was allegedly a result of their annoying barking dog that she had complained about for years. This I assume seemed like the best solution.
