Utica Man With 26 License Suspensions Arrested In Rotterdam

Zachary R Jordan has a car with tinted windows dark enough to get pulled over. That alone makes you question his decision making. When you add in the fact that he is only 20 years old and has had his license suspended 26 times doesn't help. The Utica man was in Rotterdam when he was pull over for his tinted windows. It shouldn't be a surprise that his license is currently suspended. And that's why he got arrested, but the real surprise to us is that it is possible to get your license suspended 26 times by the age of 20. Wouldn't you lose your licenses after the first 8 or so? So we shouldn't blame Zach, we should blame the system that gave this man a license 25 times.
