A couple of topless women have been spotted recently outside Saratoga Race Course, and officials say they aren't breaking any laws.

According to The Daily Gazette, two women known as Alice and Sara having been appearing since late July on Frank Sullivan Place outside the Sarattoge Race Course entrance wearing green body paint on their bodies as they greet people entering and exiting the track. The women are said to be celebrating Lady Luck with painted shamrocks on their breasts, hoping to bring good luck to the track attendees as they bet on the horses. The women have been standing on city property, not the track grounds, so officials say they are not breaking any Saratoga Springs city laws. Reactions from patrons have been mixed with excitement coming from some to anger from others.

Sara and Alice have not been asking for money, but they have been accepting donations. A small sign nearby indicates that the women will be donating the cash to help with breast cancer awareness.
